The product task

Make a fitness plan practical on days with different energy and capacity. Emiko Fit+ asks how someone feels and adjusts the workout plan, as described in its official iPhone App Store listing.

Bring the day into one flow

Emiko’s public website presents food guidance, a daily coach and progress tracking. Meals, cravings and workout guidance sit alongside walking, breathing and recovery tools, giving people a place to see what to do today.

Explain the camera-guided workout

The public Emiko website demonstrates AI-guided workouts with posture feedback, automatic rep counting and live session calculations. It describes on-device guidance with no stored workout video. This makes the camera’s purpose and privacy behaviour part of the product explanation.

Show the real iPhone product

The official App Store listing and supplied plans screenshot provide direct evidence of iPhone distribution. The listing links back to emikoapp.com as the developer website. Visitors can inspect both the app listing and the product’s own explanation.

What this case study documents

The real plans interface, adaptive workout journey and public product explanations are the evidence here. The daily guidance and exercise features are presented as product functionality; no clinical results or customer performance figures are claimed.
