Bioscience Talent case study.
A life-science community connecting discussions, career opportunities and professional support.

The product task
Help someone move from a life-science question to a useful conversation, opportunity or support request. Community participation and career discovery need to work together without making every member a publisher.
Community: post, connect and return
Members can share questions, projects, discoveries, photos and videos. Topic filters help them browse discussions; follows, saves, comments and notifications support returning to people and conversations that matter.
Careers: discover, apply and follow up
The careers area brings jobs, internships, training and professional services into a searchable flow. Applications, training enrolment and support requests become records in the provider’s workspace, with replies and status updates. This connects discovery with follow-up rather than ending at a listing.
Publishing with review
Students, professionals, organisations, training institutes and mentors have different account needs. Provider capability requests and supporting evidence go through review before approved offerings are published. A provider can draft, edit, pause or close an offering.
What the public evidence shows
The product screen shows the community interface, topic navigation and post composer. The live website opens the application; personal accounts and provider workspaces require sign-in. This case study describes the implemented user journeys without publishing private account information.
